Dr. Megan Nason is an educational leadership and systems consultant with over 15 years of experience supporting schools, leadership teams, and families. Her career spans roles as a general education teacher, special education teacher, and district administrator, giving her a practical understanding of how leadership and systems impact both educators and students.

She holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, with research focused on adult learning, leadership development, and sustainable implementation of school systems. Her work centers on helping organizations turn strong ideas into clear, effective practices that improve outcomes for students and staff.

Through leadership coaching, program implementation support, and special education consulting, Dr. Nason partners with schools and families to strengthen systems, align teams, and build cultures where both educators and students can thrive.
