HEY THERE, I'M
I bring over 15 years of experience leading and supporting transformational work across education, leadership, and organizational systems. My career has spanned roles in teaching, administration, executive leadership, and consulting, giving me a deep understanding of how leadership, culture, and systems shape the success of both people and organizations.
Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse communities and leadership environments across multiple states, including California, Idaho, Arizona, and West Virginia. Those experiences have shaped my belief that sustainable change is never built through programs alone. It is built through intentional leadership, clear systems, strong relationships, and cultures where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
I hold dual bachelor’s degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education, a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. My doctoral research focused on adult learning, leadership development, and how organizations sustain meaningful change over time. That work continues to influence how I partner with leaders and organizations today.
My passion for leadership deepened during a pivotal season early in my administrative career when I stepped into a leadership role during a time of significant organizational challenge. What began as a difficult transition became one of the most defining experiences of my professional life. Through intentional leadership, relationship-building, accountability, and systems redesign, I helped lead a cultural transformation that strengthened trust, improved collaboration, and rebuilt the foundation of the organization. That experience continues to shape the heart of my work today.
Through Simply Simple Leadership, I partner with schools, nonprofits, leadership teams, and mission-driven organizations to strengthen leadership, improve organizational systems, and create cultures where both people and performance can thrive. My work includes executive coaching, leadership development, organizational consulting, systems implementation, and strategic support for teams navigating growth and change.
While education remains a significant part of my background and expertise, my work has always been about people first: helping leaders simplify complexity, strengthen culture, and create systems that allow organizations to function in healthier, more sustainable ways.
At the core of everything I do is the belief that leadership does not need to be complicated to be impactful. The strongest leaders create clarity, build trust, lead with consistency, and never lose sight of the people behind the work.
Outside of my professional life, I value the roles that keep me grounded most: wife, daughter, sister, friend, and advocate. Those relationships continue to shape how I lead, how I serve others, and how I approach the work of building organizations where people can truly thrive.
