I bring over 15 years of dedicated experience in education, having served as a general education teacher, special education teacher, and administrator. Outside of my professional life, I treasure my roles as a wife, daughter, sister, and friend. Originally from the beautiful Napa Valley, California, I’ve also called Idaho and Arizona home before settling in West Virginia.

My academic journey includes dual bachelor’s degrees in elementary and special education, a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, each milestone fueling my passion for advancing effective educational practices and leadership.

My love for leadership truly took root when I stepped into a pivotal Director role. Though the transition was challenging, it sparked tremendous personal and professional growth. Within just one year, I led a cultural transformation focused on building a workplace grounded in happiness, trust, and respect.
