HEY THERE, I'M

I bring over 15 years of experience working across education, leadership, and organizational systems, with a career rooted in teaching, learning, and leading through complexity. I have served in roles ranging from general and special education teacher to administrator and executive leader, supporting individuals, teams, and organizations as they navigate growth, change, and high-stakes decision-making. Alongside my professional life, I deeply value my roles as a wife, daughter, sister, and friend, relationships that keep my work grounded in empathy, balance, and real-world perspective.

Originally from the Napa Valley in California, my professional journey has taken me through Idaho and Arizona before I ultimately settled in West Virginia. Working in diverse communities and educational environments has shaped my understanding of leadership as both contextual and relational. I have seen firsthand how culture, systems, and leadership practices directly impact people’s ability to succeed, and how thoughtful, intentional leadership can transform even the most challenging environments.

My academic background reflects a deep commitment to learning, systems improvement, and leadership development. I hold dual bachelor degrees in elementary and special education, a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Doctorate in Leadership where I focused highly on the Adult Learning Theory. This foundation allows me to bridge theory and practice, understanding not only what effective leadership and instruction should look like, but how to build sustainable systems that support people at every level. My work is informed by data, research, and best practice, while always remaining centered on the human experience.

My passion for leadership truly took root when I stepped into a pivotal Director role during a period of organizational transition. What began as a challenging assignment quickly became a defining chapter in my leadership journey. Within one year, I led a cultural transformation focused on trust, clarity, and accountability, shifting the departments toward a healthier, more collaborative, and more effective workplace. That experience reinforced my belief that strong leadership is not about control, but about creating the conditions for people to grow, contribute, and feel valued.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of education, leadership, and organizational development. I partner with leaders, educators, and organizations to simplify systems, strengthen culture, and lead with intention, whether that means supporting instructional teams, developing leaders, improving organizational practices, or guiding change initiatives. I believe leadership does not need to be complicated to be impactful, but it does require courage, consistency, and a deep respect for people.

I invite you to join me as I continue championing thoughtful, empathetic leadership and supporting individuals and organizations in building cultures where learning thrives, people feel supported, and meaningful change is sustained.

Why Me?

I'VE BEEN RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE... STUCK WITH NO IDEA WHERE TO BEGIN IN TURNING THINGS AROUND.

I DON'T BELIEVE IN RIDGID, ONE SIZE FITS ALL APPROACHES. I WANT EACH PERSON OR GROUP I WORK WITH TO FEEL LIKE I'M WORKING WITH THEM ON A PERSONAL LEVEL, NOT FORCING ANYONE INTO A TEMPLATE.

I'VE DONE THE WORK AND I KNOW IT WORKS! OUR WORK TOGETHER CAN TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE, ORGANIZATION, AND OTHERS AROUND YOU!
